Teaching and Research Laboratories in Joinville

  1. Fabrication Laboratory: 140 m2 area, with 01 Arburg 320C injection machine of 500 kN, 01 machining center Romi D600, 01 flat grinding, 01 grinding cylindrical, 02 conventional lathes, 01 milling tool, 01 hydraulic tube folder, 01 winch Of 2 T and 2 hydraulic saws. This laboratory is located in Building C.
  2. Welding Technology Laboratory (LTS): LTS is a teaching and research laboratory where practical activities related to the disciplines of Permanent Connections and Welding Processes are carried out. In addition, nothing prevents practical activities from other disciplines from being carried out in this space, since welding is a multidisciplinary area. In addition to teaching activities, the laboratory also supports research and extension activities. In relation to the research we have the conduction of works of scientific initiation and of post-graduation at master's level. For all of this to happen, the laboratory currently has an infrastructure composed of state-of-the-art equipment in addition to the inputs required to carry out the activities. The laboratory is located in Building C of the UFSC Campus in Joinville in an area of 40 m2.
